Be The Kind Of Parent

You Want To Be

1

Trust

Create a relationship with your children based on trust, connection and collaboration

2

Connection

Create strong connections so that you remain the regulation leader during challenging moments

3

Knowledge

Strengthen your ability to create a home where your family feels supported and grounded

No parent starts off knowing what to do or how to do it.

However, I believe that with conscious effort and a willingness to grow, we as parents can create connection rather than conflict. We can create a home for our kids that cultivates confidence, compassion, and resilience. Important life skills for all of us!

It’s Never Too Late to Turn Things Around. It’s Never Too Late to Grow Your Parenting Skills.

This is a message I share with parents all the time. I have found that when we are intentional about our parenting, we are more confident. This helps create a parenting path that feels responsive rather than reactive. A path that includes a knowledge base and tools for developing a healthy, loving relationship with your child.

I will help you understand your child’s behavior, reconnect with your own parenting values, and build the kind of relationship you want with your child — one based on trust, respect, healthy boundaries, and yes, some fun!

When what you’re doing doesn’t seem to be working

You may feel like you’re going to spend the rest of your life struggling with your children and continue to feel like you’re just not doing a good job as a parent.

I believe that the real issue is that we’re not taught how to be the kind of parents most of us long to be so we end up slipping into unhelpful patterns.

I understand how hard it is to ask for help as a parent. When you contact me, you will be met with understanding, a nonjudgmental openness and a supportive, personalized, effective plan that I will guide you through every step of the way.
